ACDC Funding Opportunities

ACDC loves nothing more than to assist Atchison County businesses, particularly existing entities that want to grow.  In 2013, ACDC introduced the Business Improvement Grant program, designed to encourage growth and development of Atchison County businesses.  In its first four years the grant utilized $99,000 of ACDC dollars to assist with 109 projects that improved business aesthetics, safety or function. Through these projects, almost $180,,000 was spent locally.

For 2017, ACDC has allotted $10,000 for the Basic grant.  This is a reimbursed matching grant, equal to up to 50% of the cost of eligible improvements, with a maximum of $1,000.

Below you'll find the links to the 2017 Basic Grant application and guidelines.  Completed applications will be accepted via mail only starting this March, postmarked March 1, 2017, or after.  Applications will be considered monthly in the order they are received, until funds have been dispersed.
